We are seeking a qualified heavy construction equipment mechanic to join the team in our Germantown, Wisconsin headquarter location.

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of mechanic experience in heavy construction equipment including the following: ditch witch, dingo ditch witch, skid loaders, tractors etc.
Must be dependable, trustworthy and capable of doing physically demanding work in extreme weather conditions.
Must be 18 yrs. of age and have reliable transportation (valid driver’s license preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment including the following: ditch witch, dingo ditch witch, skid loaders, tractors etc.
Collect all necessary equipment information for repair and performs diagnostics in a timely manner.
Perform inspections, maintenance, and heavy construction equipment repairs including the following ditch witch, dingo ditch witch, skid loaders, tractors etc.
Operate heavy construction equipment to diagnose problems along with inspecting equipment for any broken parts or defects.
Ability to work through unexpected equipment failure situations.
Willing to work well with others and help other mechanics as needed.
Keep safety as a priority in all work performed.
Ability to work independently but still ask questions when unsure of an issue.
Work to keep the shop clean and organized.
