About The Position
This role involves coating the surface of parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective or decorative materials such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope, or stain. The primary method of application is using a spray gun. The individual will also be responsible for selecting and mixing coating materials. For areas inaccessible to a hand sprayer, a brush or roller will be used. Additionally, the position may require monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
- Apprentice graduate/ Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 1 year of related experience
- May require certification

- Selects and mixes coating material.
- Coats areas inaccessible to hand sprayer using brush or roller.
