About The Position
The Meat Wrapper position involves grinding meat, wrapping cut products, stocking and rotating lunch meat and chicken products, identifying and removing out-of-code products, and learning UPC codes and meat cuts. The role also includes assisting customers, inspecting meat for freshness, facing merchandise, packaging meat for sale, operating a scale and UPC labeler, and performing other tasks such as climbing ladders, stacking off pallets, building displays, operating a baler and lift, answering calls, and operating a trash compactor.
