About The Position

This role involves leading a team of clerks to ensure the smooth operation of the store during overnight shifts. Key responsibilities include supervising stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. The mission is to lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to store policies. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, availability for overnight shifts, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to work overnight shifts (11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM)
• Ability to lift heavy items
