Requirements
- Must adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety and personal hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Managing department inventory, merchandising, labor, safety, and other operational processes.
- Scheduling employees.
- Preparing cutting lists.
- Processing meat to maximize sales and gross profit.
- Ensuring the correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
- Ensuring that all employees are properly trained and supervised.
- Ensuring that all employees maintain department cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Adhering to strict standards of sanitation, food safety and personal hygiene.
