About The Position

As a Department Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the department, while leading and engaging your team. Success in this position requires valuing teamwork, recognizing contributions, and supporting team growth. The role involves being part of a growing business, learning, and adapting. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Acting with integrity, pride, and passion.
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat.
• Previous experience working in a meat department.
• Previous experience with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).

Nice To Haves

• 1 year or more of experience as a Baker (for Bakery roles, not applicable to Meat Manager role but listed under general requirements).
