As a Meat Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the meat department, while leading and engaging your team. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to act with integrity, pride, and passion.
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat.
• Previous experience working in a meat department.
• Previous experience with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).
• Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
