About The Position

Meat Clerks keep the pre-packaged meat section well stocked and orderly. They order and unload products, stock shelves, build displays as needed, and wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise meat department products. They maintain a clean work area, follow safety rules, and may perform other tasks in a meat prep area. They should be familiar with store products and their locations so they can assist customers, and must adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
