About The Position
This is a full-time opportunity for a Meat Apprentice, depending on staffing needs or experience. The role involves various tasks related to meat preparation and handling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
- Able to Lift 40 lbs/Push or Pull 100 lbs
- Able to stand for 5 hours
- Able to use knives, slicers, ovens, and other machinery to complete tasks
Responsibilities
- Meat and Chicken preparation.
- Making sausage.
- Receiving loads off of transportation trucks and stacking the loads properly.
- Grinding and cutting meat.
- Wrapping meat and replenishing the counter display.
- Ability to adapt to additional skills, duties, and responsibilities that are asked of the employee.
