About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member to help deliver an extraordinary everyday eating experience for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, supporting guests with meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, and helping maintain a hospitable and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Have a passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
