Meat and Seafood Team Member
About The Position
The Fresh Market is seeking a team member committed to helping make everyday eating extraordinary for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range is $13.41–$13.98 per hour. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests create meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, assisting with shopping carts and housekeeping, and presenting professionally in accordance with uniform standards. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and passionate about providing extraordinary service.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests.
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping throughout the store.
- Present professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
