About The Position

The Meat and Seafood Team Member helps The Fresh Market deliver its mission of making everyday eating extraordinary for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, assisting guests with meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and stocking, gathering shopping carts, and supporting general housekeeping. Team members are expected to present themselves professionally and adhere to uniform standards.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while ensuring nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
