About The Position

Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Peraton is seeking a mid-level MOE Analyst to provide data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to perform both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis
  • Five (5) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting OR Five (5) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor
  • TS/SCI with Poly required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology
  • Familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods
  • Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools

Responsibilities

  • Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
  • Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed
  • Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
  • Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
  • Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments
