Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Peraton is seeking a junior MOE Analyst to support data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to support evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness under the direction of senior analysts. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, foundational quantitative skills, and the ability to perform within a team in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.
