About The Position

Magellan AI is seeking Measurement Success Managers to assist clients in tracking results and optimizing the value derived from their podcast campaigns. This is a fully remote position based in the US. The role involves responding to client inquiries via email and support channels, setting up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers, and monitoring performance to proactively address any issues that might impact reporting. Additionally, the role includes leading Zoom training sessions to guide clients through the platform and help them understand their campaign performance, creating spreadsheets to simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights, and collaborating with the team to enhance processes as the client base expands.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas
Curiosity, clear communication, and a detail-oriented work style
Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay organized across multiple accounts

Responsibilities

Respond to client questions through email and support channels
Set up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues before they affect reporting
Lead Zoom trainings to help clients navigate the platform and understand their campaign performance
Build spreadsheets that simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights
Support QA efforts to make sure the data going to clients is accurate
Partner with the rest of the team to improve processes as our client base grows
