About The Position
Magellan AI is seeking Measurement Success Managers to assist clients in tracking results and optimizing their podcast campaigns. This is a fully remote position based in the US. The role involves supporting advertisers, agencies, and publishers by ensuring accurate campaign measurement and performance insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas
- Curiosity, clear communication, and a detail-oriented work style
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple accounts effectively
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email and support channels.
- Set up measurement for campaigns for advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct Zoom training sessions for clients on platform navigation and campaign performance analysis.
- Develop spreadsheets to simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights.
- Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure data accuracy for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes as the client base expands.
