About The Position

McWane Poles Maintenance Technician is hiring for weekend shifts for our McWane Pole Division. This role requires availability to work three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with both day and graveyard shifts available. The position offers a starting pay of $29.17 - $35.66, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training or certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Familiar with PLCs and troubleshooting control systems.
• Proficient in mechanical systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on poles.
• Work three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Work with electrical systems up to 480V.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication.
• Address problems with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
