About The Position
Whitehall Borough Post Acute is a 166-bed post-acute care facility located at 505 Weyman Rd., Pittsburgh. We are seeking an MDS, RN to join our team. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA.
- Current CPR certification.
- MDS experience in SNF is non-negotiable.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PCC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and advise on care reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the case manager.
- Work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
- Maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
