About The Position
Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing is seeking a qualified, dedicated registered nurse to work as an MDS Coordinator. The role is based in person at a long-term care and rehabilitation center. The coordinator must have a working knowledge of the MDS and PPS processes and be able to meet deadlines. The position requires working scheduled hours according to the requirements of assigned duties.
Requirements
- Previous MDS experience required.
- NYS Licensed RN.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dedicated professional able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Solid computer skills required.
- Working knowledge of MDS and PPS processes and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work scheduled hours based on the requirements of position assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.
- SIGMACARE experience preferred.
