About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Kansas City Northland is hiring an SNF experienced MDS Coordinator. We are a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines luxury, amenities, and high-quality care for a superior, rapid rehabilitation experience. Our MDS Coordinators are vital to resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled MDS Care Plan Coordinators to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. This is a high-volume, skilled nursing acute care facility where nursing assessment and review are crucial.

Requirements

• LPN/RN
• 3 - 5 years of MDS Coordinator experience
