We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, leadership-driven MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our resident assessment instrument (RAI) process, clinical documentation, and care planning workflows. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state.
