About The Position
MDS Coordinator (RN) Company Overview St. Francis Healthcare is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, and compliant care to our residents. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, leadership-driven MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our resident assessment instrument (RAI) process, clinical documentation, and care planning workflows. Position Summary Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting annual salary of $100,000 - $105,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included (Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and more) Reports To: Director of Nursing / Facility Administrator Essential Functions & Responsibilities Care Plan and Assessment Functions Administrative & Reimbursement Functions Charting, Documentation & Drug Administration Personnel & Supervisory Requirements Nursing Care Functions Safety, Sanitation & Staff Development Job Qualifications & Requirements: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state. Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
