Avalon Care Center Northpointe in Spokane is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our team! This role offers a competitive salary of $52.00 - $57.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse RN in State of practice.
Well-versed in inter-personal communications.
Familiar with the RAI process and Case Management.
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
Pass drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
MDS experience.
SNF experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all of the facility Medicare and Managed Care residents as directed by the Resident Assessment Director.
Oversight of all services provided during inpatient stay from admission to discharge.
Accurate and timely completion of all OBRA required assessments.
Serve as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.
