Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- MDS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, scheduling, and completing accurate MDS assessments while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Partnering with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident assessments, accurate documentation, and appropriate reimbursement.
