About The Position
Telecare San Diego’s behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis. The MCRT Case Manager coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies. They also complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members served.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences
- One (1) year of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Responsibilities
