About The Position

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. This is a MCIS Integrator (Military Training and Development Specialist position at the TPO-C, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the NSC Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (associated discipline).
  • 5 yrs. experience in IS development, training, or related fields.
  • 5 yrs. service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service.
  • 3 yrs. experience developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer HW and application SW.
  • 3 yrs. MCIS teaching experience; proficient in integrating and maintaining MCIS and SW as JLCCTC operator / instructor for test, validation and/or field environment support.
  • Experience providing help desk, test events, PTR analysis, MCIS DBs, MCIS terrain, MCIS troubleshooting and resolution, MCIS setup and teardown, and demonstrations.
  • Experience providing Requirements Analysis (technical, DB, MCIS, and functional) in support of current capabilities and assessing new and emerging capabilities.
  • Certified in at least two MCIS and familiar with all remaining MCIS; familiarity with cybersecurity principles, especially as they apply to military networks and systems.
  • DoD IAT II.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Successful experience working in a team environment.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide IT and end-user training on computer HW and application SW.

  • MCIS setup and teardown, and demonstrations.
  • Provide Requirements Analysis (technical, DB, MCIS, and functional) in support of current capabilities and assessing new and emerging capabilities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
