The role includes planning the assigned extra-curricular program, organizing and supervising practices and meetings, and teaching fundamental skills related to the activity. Responsibilities also extend to ensuring participant eligibility, including insurance coverage and parent consent, and acting as a positive role model for students by providing emotional support, patience, a friendly attitude, and guidance. The Head of Football Operations will also recommend equipment and supply purchases to ensure participant health and safety, maintain a professional appearance and attendance, and adhere to the Professional Code of Ethics and all McCracken County Public Schools Policies and Procedures.
