MCAD Manager

VeevHayward, CA

About The Position

Veev is a leader in transforming the construction industry through innovative modular home construction. Their prefabricated closed-panel systems enable efficient on-site assembly, resulting in a more sustainable and higher-quality product than traditional methods. As a subsidiary of Lennar, Veev combines Lennar's strength and scale with its Silicon Valley startup agility. The company employs a vertically integrated approach, encompassing real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. This role is crucial for Veev's mission to scale a fully integrated digital product and manufacturing platform. The MCAD Manager will lead the development of MCAD systems, standards, and workflows that bridge engineering design and manufacturing execution, directly impacting Veev's production scalability, design reuse, and product data reliability across the digital thread.
