Requirements

• Knowledge of Mazatrol control and Mazak Integrex machines.
• 5-axis Turn/Mill experience.
• Knowledge of Mastercam.
• Familiarity with G and M codes.
• Prototype and low quantity machining experience.
• Ability to read 2D prints and 3D models.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant).

Responsibilities

• Program, set-up, and run prototype and low quantity machining.
• Operate Mazak Integrex 5-axis Turn/Mill machines.
• Utilize Mastercam for programming.
• Read and interpret 2D prints and 3D models.
• Apply knowledge of GD&T.
