Requirements

5+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis required)
Experience with large-format machines (bridge mills, gantry mills, or large HMCs)
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Familiarity with aerospace/defense quality standards (AS9100 experience a plus)
Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex geometries
Experience machining exotic alloys (Inconel, titanium, stainless) preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant)

Nice To Haves

Experience with machines such as OKK, Doosan, Awea, or similar
Exposure to 5-axis simultaneous machining
Knowledge of tooling strategies for large part machining
Experience in prototype and low-volume production environments

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers, including large bridge mills and horizontal machining centers
Machine large, complex components (up to 100"+) to tight tolerances
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD/CAM programs
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
Adjust offsets, tooling, and programs to maintain part quality
Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Document production activity and quality checks per company standards
