About The Position

The Maximo Supervisor leads the daily maintenance operations while driving the continuous improvement, data integrity, and user adoption of our IBM Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role balances field supervision with system enhancement, ensuring accurate asset tracking, optimized work order workflows, and enhanced team training. Requirements

3+ years supervising maintenance teams
5+ years of hands-on experience using IBM Maximo
Strong proficiency in Maximo module navigation (Assets, Work Orders, PMs, Inventory), workflow development, and reporting.
Proven leadership capability
Excellent communication skills
Strong track record in technical training and onboarding
High School Diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Asset Management preferred.
Prior industrial gas experience.

Responsibilities

Audit current CMMS data to clean up legacy records, streamline work order workflows, standardize asset/location hierarchies, and refine inventory/spares cataloging.
Direct daily activities of maintenance technicians, assign Maximo-generated work orders, monitor job execution, and ensure high quality and safety standards.
Develop and deliver targeted Maximo training modules for technicians, planners, and operators to ensure accurate time tracking, detailed job closing notes, and proper failure coding.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track system usage, maintenance backlog, and asset reliability, leveraging data insights to drive preventive maintenance strategies.
Define and enforce standardized data entry protocols across the maintenance department to maintain long-term CMMS data health.
