About The Position

Drive Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong track record of growth. They are currently hiring mattress assemblers for their manufacturing department. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This is a direct hire position.

Requirements

• Attentiveness.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. solo.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Physical stamina. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Connect springs, fibers, and covers through the use of a staple gun.
• Ensure that all staple guns are working properly and safely.
• Verify that the correct unit labeling is used.
• Loading/Unloading when needed.
• Perform other department tasks as assigned by the Bedding Manager or Department Lead.
