About The Position

For 25 years, Explore Learning has helped children across the UK thrive through expert tuition, innovative learning tools, and the dedication of our incredible people. We offer a truly individualised approach to tuition: our learning platform Compass follows each child’s pace of learning and adapts in real time, meaning our tutors can stretch or scaffold to enable meaningful progress. While our award-winning platform takes us far, it’s our tutors who truly bring learning to life by building confidence, inspiring curiosity, and delivering the meaningful learning experiences that make a lasting difference. If you’re looking for the chance to learn quickly through hands-on experience, supported by a team that’s invested in your growth, this is the role for you. Our tutors act as coaches and mentors, not just instructors, supporting each learner’s progress with care and purpose.
