About The Position
Johnson College is seeking part-time Mathematics instructors to teach morning classes on campus through face-to-face instruction during the spring 2027 semester. Courses include College Algebra I and Trigonometry. Instructors prepare course materials, use various teaching methods, provide informed feedback on assignments, maintain scheduled office hours, follow College policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education with a focus in Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Applicants with other degrees may be considered if they have a concentration in Mathematics.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Education with a focus in Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience teaching post-secondary Mathematics courses.
