About The Position

Think Zone, part of TAL Education Group, helps K–8 students build strong math foundations through engaging, personalized instruction. We believe learning should be fun, challenging, and confidence-building—and our tutors play a huge role in making that happen. This is a part-time role perfect for high school and college students, offering flexible after-school hours and valuable experience. Tutors will work one-on-one with students to explain math concepts, encourage problem-solving, and build confidence. The program runs from June 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping others learn
• Have a strong foundation in math
• Communicate clearly and patiently
• Are responsible and dependable
• Love encouraging and motivating younger students
• Currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma
• Saturday availability strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

• Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.
