As a Math Fellow, you will gain real classroom and instructional experience from day one, lead small-group tutoring sessions with students, receive ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced educators, and develop skills in lesson delivery, student engagement, and data-driven instruction. Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
- English proficiency
- Ability to commit through the end of the school year
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule

Responsibilities
- Deliver daily, small-group math tutoring during the school day
- Build strong relationships with students and support their growth
- Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data
- Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
