About The Position

Launch Your Career in Education—While Making a Real Impact. This role is a One School Year Based Fellowship where you will support students by expanding access to high-quality math instruction. You will build meaningful, real-world experience and a strong professional skill set that prepares you for careers in education, nonprofit leadership, public service, and beyond. You will be part of the solution to the lack of rigorous, personalized math support for students, particularly those from historically underserved communities. Through high-impact, small-group tutoring, you will accelerate student learning in math, build student confidence and identity as learners, help close opportunity gaps in education, and contribute to measurable, meaningful academic outcomes. This is a hands-on learning experience designed to prepare you for a future in education, providing structured, real-world teaching experience, ongoing mentorship and coaching, and a deep understanding of how students learn and succeed. You will gain essential professional skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. Blueprint can connect you with partner organizations and programs that support pathways into teaching, certification, and graduate study. This experience is a powerful way to test drive a career in education while making a meaningful impact today.
