About The Position

Mathnasium of Manteca is seeking a passionate and driven Center Director to lead their team and transform the lives of K-12th grade students. This is a full-time salaried position offering a fun, supportive, and encouraging work culture with opportunities for advancement and continuous training in education, sales, and management best practices. The role involves managing all aspects of daily operations, conducting sales, hiring and training staff, marketing the program, and monitoring center performance to ensure student success and profitability.

Requirements

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Passion for math and working with students
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans
