Requirements
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services to our community through the provision of office services, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
- Full scope GYN practice with major and minor procedures including minimally invasive surgeries with robotics
- Excellent access and partnership with Gynecology, and NICU physicians
- Fully privileged at Northern Westchester Hospital
- Provide consultation, co-management, and care for patients with high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, including fetal anatomy surveys, growth assessments, biophysical profiles, and Doppler studies.
- Evaluate and manage complex maternal medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, and multiple gestations.
- Diagnose and manage fetal anomalies and congenital conditions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide prenatal genetic counseling and discuss diagnostic and screening options with patients and families.
- Perform prenatal diagnostic procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, neonatologists, genetic counselors, pediatric specialists, and primary care providers.
- Develop individualized pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care plans.
- Utilize advanced imaging and diagnostic resources within a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
