About The Position
Seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine/Perinatology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Port St. Lucie & Vero Beach, Florida. This role involves outpatient clinical duties and telephone call coverage for high-risk obstetrics patients. The physician will be responsible for daily ultrasound and clinic coverage, focusing on high-risk pregnancy consultations. Support staff, including midwives and OBGYN backup, will be available. This is a temporary staffing coverage position for the period of September 28, 2026, to March 2027.
Requirements
- Active Florida License
- BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine coverage.
- Conduct daily ultrasound and clinic coverage.
- Perform high-risk pregnancy consultations.
- Handle telephone call coverage for high-risk obstetrics patients.
- Utilize Epic EMR system.
