About The Position

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk kind of role. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping production moving. You’ll be the one making sure materials are where they need to be, shipments go out correctly, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment
• Comfort with computers (ERP systems, Microsoft Office basics)
• Willingness to learn (including forklift certification—we’ll help you get there)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet

Responsibilities

• Moving materials in and out (yes, you’ll be on a forklift—we’ll train you)
• Receiving parts and keeping inventory accurate in the system
• Preparing outgoing shipments with the right paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)
• Supporting the shop floor—washing parts, staging jobs, helping where needed
• Assisting with light assembly and general production support
• Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly
