About The Position

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician to support our Materials team at our Fayetteville location. The Materials Process Technician supports warehouse and material flow operations by maintaining accurate system data, developing and updating work instructions, and coordinating process readiness for new product launches. This role serves as a key link between Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and standardized processes throughout the warehouse.

Requirements

Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement
Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope
Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings
Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred
A strong mechanical aptitude
An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal
