Requirements

4-year college degree preferred/relevant experience considered
Strong MS Excel skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant planning/project management; preferably within the food/beverage industry
SAP and/or MRP-driven system experience
APICS certification preferred
Analytically inclined - able to merge large data sets, analyze data, synthesize business insight and clearly communicate findings.
Problem Solver - applies critical-thinking skills to generate, evaluate and implement solutions.
Change Agile - Successfully adapts to changing situations. Manages ambiguity in the function/ role.
Collaborative across cross functional teams

Responsibilities

Coordinate with production planning, operations, engineering, purchasing, and quality to attain production goals.
Responsible for providing materials for short-term and long-term production plan. Highlight materials constraints, assess, and communicate impacts, and take appropriate actions in line with global policy.
Manage inventory level for packaging changes and ensure availability for innovation projects.
Communicate needs and timing to Vendor and resolve capacity issues by prioritizing scheduling and suggestions.
Implement best practice standards and drive adoption
Provide insight and Analysis on changing material trends and demand patterns.
Work with Operations to determine, research, and correct material inventory discrepancy issues and causes.
Responsible for the development, creation, and communication of various S&OP reports
Support and/or lead ad hoc projects and analysis, as requested
