Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills required (ex. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical & detail oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or business, preferred
• Working knowledge of the Steel & Aluminum Flat-Roll Industry, preferred.
• Prior experience working in an ERP environment (ex. Microsoft AX, SAP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and review key supply chain reports for the Materials Management Team.
• Enter purchase orders and confirm with producing supplier.
• Update the ERP System with confirmed ready dates and continue to maintain accurate confirmation dates by updating the system with any changes from the mill.
• Spot Buy Requests
• Expediate supplier orders as required.
• Communication of needs with Outside Processors
• Outside Processor Production Posting
