Materials Management Coordinator
About The Position
Weston Outpatient Surgical Center is looking for a full-time Materials Manager to run the day-to-day operations for receiving, stocking, ordering, and inventory of surgical/procedural supplies. The center has 5 ORs and 3 Procedural rooms, with service lines including Ortho, Ortho Spine, Podiatry, Plastics, General, GI, and Pain Management. The materials manager works with staff to develop par levels, achieves cost efficiency through product comparison, and is responsible for ordering, maintaining, and stocking all center supplies, including OR, procedural, office, and food and beverage.
Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations for receiving, stocking, ordering, and inventory of surgical/procedural supplies
- Work with staff to develop par levels
- Achieve cost efficiency through product comparison
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and stocking all center supplies, including OR, procedural, office, and food and beverage
