About The Position

Alweld Boats is seeking a dependable, hardworking Materials Handler to join our production team. This position is responsible for moving materials, parts, and products throughout the manufacturing facility to support daily production operations. No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Move materials, parts, and products throughout the facility
• Supply production teams with necessary materials and components
• Load, unload, organize, and transport inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Assist with general shop duties as assigned
