Safely sit down/stand-up forklifts or pallet jacks to move, stack, load, and unload materials in warehouse and production. Key duties include conducting daily equipment checks, managing inventory via RF scanners, ensuring load stability, and adhering to strict OSHA safety protocols. Performing daily pre-operation inspections, reporting mechanical issues, and following safety regulations. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years fork-lift experience
  • 1-3 years Fiberglass experience
  • Ability to work 10 hours + shift
  • Ability to work with a variety of chemicals following all proper safety requirements
  • Work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Understand supply chain systems components/competences
  • Read print/work instructions
  • Read and complete process sheets
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer skills including email

Nice To Haves

  • Material handling experience in a fiberglass environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Must possess the desire and ambition to work safely at all times, and report all hazards to their Supervisor immediately
  • Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Engineering Prints
  • Visually inspect and/or audit units for quality. Discuss quality issues with lead or supervisor to resolve problems.
  • Use a variety of electric and pneumatic hand tools
  • Seek positive solutions to issues and problems
  • Must be able to complete work within takt time
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Maintain a high standard of conduct and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
