Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years previous material handling experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • High-energy, motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to ensure shipments are completed on schedule
  • Individual should either currently have forklift certification or have the ability to receive one shortly after hire
  • This is a safety‑sensitive position

Responsibilities

  • Accurately retrieve parts for shipment and prepare materials for Shipping department.
  • Process reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s) twice weekly in SAP.
  • Monitor the group email for urgent/extraordinary requests.
  • Position will also be trained in Shipping and Receiving.
  • Schedule and coordinate emergency shipments using same-day courier services.
  • Maintain availability to respond 24/7/365 via phone or in person, as required.
  • Safely operate plant material handling equipment as needed.
