Requirements
- Ability to read part numbers, work orders, and bills of material.
- Use math skills to solve problems.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Kitting production orders accurately and on time.
- Review work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and pick lists.
- Accurately locate and pull components from inventory locations.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and revisions against work order requirements.
- Organize and package materials into kits for manufacturing personnel.
- Label kits and ensure materials are staged in designated production areas.
- Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to supervisors.
- Return excess or unused materials to inventory locations.
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and kitting areas.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives as needed.
- Communicate material shortages or concerns that may impact production schedules.
- Follow established inventory control and material handling procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
