About The Position

The Materials Management Associate II will perform a variety of duties and responsibilities including acting as the primary receiver and material mover. This role involves being the primary receiver, operating a forklift, pulling and delivering materials for production, performing cycle counts, unloading deliveries and placing products in designated areas, and being responsible for accurate entry of new inventory.

Requirements

• Attention to fine detail/must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to be trained and licensed on a Forklift and other Powered industrial vehicles.
• Data entry into computer.
• Regular lifting of product up to 50lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Regular maneuvering and positioning of product using a pallet jack or carts up to 2,000 lbs.
• Requires full shift of standing, walking, carrying product, bending and lifting.
• Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
• Able to assist in training employees.
• Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred.
• Basic math/ability to use calculator.

Responsibilities
