Requirements

3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical/electronic, and industrial skills required.
Able to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling/ mobile equipment in performing duties.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
Must be a self-starter.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, and test and adjust.
Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, electronics, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
